Jessie- Office Manager

Jessie has been with Dr. Rando for 9 years. Combining a passion for patient care with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, Jessie ensures that the office operates smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standards of service. Jessie is committed to creating a positive experience for both patients and staff. From coordinating appointments and managing patient records to overseeing office operations and supporting the clinical team, Jessie plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors. When not managing day-to-day functions of the office, Jessie enjoys spending time with her daughter and 2 dogs, as well as running her part-time business as a beautician!

Sandy- Dental Assistant (DA)

A proud Jackson High School graduate, Sandy has dedicated over 30 years to the dental field. After continuing her education in Arizona, she returned to her Jackson roots and has been committed to helping patients smile ever since. Outside the clinic, Sandy runs a historical hobby farm, raising a variety of feathered friends and sharing her passion and knowledge with others. She's also a proud mom and grandma, finding joy in both her family and her flocks.

Gabby- Dental Assistant (DA)

Gabby grew up on the west side of Jackson, and began seeing Doc Rando around the age of five. After graduating high school in 2016, Gabby made her first entrance into the dental field. What started as summer of shadowing Doc to gain experience turned into gaining the skills of what it takes to be a dental assistant. She then spent the summers during college honing in these skills back here with Doc Rando, and helped welcome Dr. Schaff into the office in 2018. In 2020, Gabby became a full-time chairside dental assistant for Dr. Schaff, working with him here as well as his part-time office in Ann Arbor. Gabby graduated from the University of Michigan in May of 2021 with a Bachelors of Science and a major in Sociology with a focus in Health and Medicine. In her spare time, Gabby enjoys woodworking, knitting, crocheting, baking, and showering her house-trained bunny rabbit with attention.

Emily- Dental Hygienist (RDH)

As a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist, Emily brings over 5 years of experience in promoting optimal oral health and providing high-quality care to patients. Specializing in preventative dentistry, Emily works closely with patients to educate and guide them on the importance of proper oral hygiene and the role it plays in overall health. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene in 2020. With a commitment to lifelong learning, Emily stays up-to-date on the latest advancements in dental hygiene through continuous education and training. Whether working with children, adults, or seniors, Emily is dedicated to improving the oral health and confidence of each patient she serves. When she's not at work, she loves spending time with her dog and husband, taking long walks, crafting and gardening!

Heidi- Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Hi, I'm Heidi Armstrong, and I'm proud to be a dental hygienist here at Dr. Rando and Dr. Schaff's office. My interest in dentistry began in high school when I attended the Jackson Area Career Center's dental assisting program. That Experience sparked a real passion for dental care and inspired me to pursue it as a career. At 16 I started working at this very office as a dental assistant, gaining hands-on experience and building strong connections with our patients and team. I later went on to study dental hygiene at Jackson College, graduating in 2024. I'm excited to be back at the office in a new role- helping patients care for their smiles as a dental hygienist. I truly enjoy making people feel at ease in the dental chair and providing the education and care they need for a healthy mouth Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, waterskiing, volleyball, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
